I am going to save up for my steamer but this i how i do it for now. I actually asked my BF to help me tie this up and he had everything in the world to say about it.
“You know u look crazy!”
“Why iz so hot under there?”
“Gabby why the hell u doin this to yourself?!”
I couldn’t do ANYTHING but laugh because i did look crazy but it was worth it for my hair.
This is what the alternative looks like
Yes i am aware i look crazy. There is a lot of stuff under that bag!
- Conditioning cap
- Hot large towel i put in the microwave until it was steaming out
- Conditioning cap over large towel
- Shower cap over those 3
- Walmart plastic bag over those 4
- And another walmart plastic bag over it all
- I used masking tape around it all

Sorry i don’t have any before pictures but i can say that my hair was ALOT heavier and when i stretched it it didn’t tangle at all and my ends felt so smooth. Everyone say a noticeable difference. Random people have stopped and asked about my hair for the past week. Even my family asked what i did b.c it looks a lot better!
