2. How do I know what size bathrobe to order?
Check our size chart on each product page for detailed measurements. We recommend comparing those

3. Are Boca Terry robes unisex?
Yes, our robes are unisex. We design our robes with a comfortable fit that flatters all body types.

3. Do you offer monogramming or personalization?
Yes! Many of our robes and towels can be personalized with monograms or custom embroidery, perfect for gifts or at-home spa indulgence. Please allow 3-4 business days extra for delivery of monogrammed items.

4. How should I care for my Boca Terry products?
We recommend machine washing in warm water with mild detergent and tumble drying on low. Avoid bleach or
fabric softeners to preserve absorbency and softness.

5. What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase for non – embroidered unused, unwashed items in original packaging. Embroidered items cannot be returned. Please visit our Returns page for details. (link)

6. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card online. Gift wrapping is not available, but you can include a personalized
message in the comment section at checkout. A Boca Terry associate will hand write a card to include in your gift.

7. Where are Boca Terry products made?
Our collections are designed in Florida and produced by trusted global partners who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and ethical craftsmanship.

8. Can I track my order once it ships?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery in real time.

9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Rates and delivery times vary based on location and
shipping method.
