Most blank orders ship within 24-48 hours, not including weekends or holidays. Rush orders are available, please call for charges. There is no shipping on weekends or holidays. Shipments are usually FOB Deerfield Beach, FL.

EMBROIDERY PRODUCTION TIME

Monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please allow 3-4 business days extra for delivery of monogrammed items. All delivery time options are in addition to the 3-4 business day time frame for order completion. If you need your order faster please call.

RETURN POLICY

Non-embroidered goods may be returned within 60 days of receipt for a full refund. Orders returned after the 60-day period are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Embroidered goods are not returnable or refundable. Claims for defective or misprinted merchandise must be made within 15 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will void all claims. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt.
